Where Workplace Wellbeing Meets Family Reality
Many organizations are already doing meaningful work to create more inclusive environments for neurodivergent employees.
That matters deeply.
But there is another layer of support many are only beginning to recognize: the ecosystem around the employee.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Organizations are already investing in inclusion and belonging for neurodivergent employees, and neurodivergent individuals bring real strengths: innovation, creativity, systems thinking, empathy, and adaptability.
But many employees are not only navigating their own neurodivergence. They are parenting neurodivergent adolescents while trying to remain high-performing professionals, leaders, caregivers, and team members.
This is the layer many organizations are only beginning to recognize.
"Many employees are silently carrying the weight of school advocacy, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, burnout, and isolation, all while trying to show up fully at work."

ABOUT CHERYL
For over 25 years working inside high schools as a Special Education Department Head, I witnessed firsthand the invisible emotional load working parents carry.
The phone calls home. The panic. The employee suddenly needing to leave work. The fear of judgment. The isolation. The constant feeling of reacting instead of being proactively supported.
Today I work with organizations to create psychologically safe conversations and practical support spaces, specifically for working parents and caregivers navigating modern adolescent realities.
I also host Parenting Teens: Advice Redefined for Today's Complex World, a podcast exploring what parents are actually dealing with.
